After months of rumors, Hangar 13 confirmed today that a brand new Mafia game is in the works, though it remains to be seen if it will be titled Mafia 4.
the news came from A Mafia 20th anniversary interview With Hangar 13 General Manager Roman Hladik and Production Manager and Media Director Tomasz Hřiebicek. Before Hladík even broke the news, the two took a look back at the franchise’s journey over the last 20 years.
“I’m happy to confirm that I’ve started work on a brand new Mafia project!” said Hradik. “It’s been a few years and I can’t tell you more right now, but I’m really excited to continue working on this beloved franchise and keep players entertained with new stories.”
