Battlefield 1943, Bad Company 1 and 2 Will Be Delisted in April

EA has announced that it will stop selling Battlefield 1943 and Battlefield: Bad Company 1 and 2 from all digital storefronts on April 28th.

The move comes before the company shuts down online services for all these games on December 8th. With the online features removed, you will not be able to play online, but you will still be able to play both offline features of Bad Companies. .

EA announced the news its website“These titles hold a special place in our hearts and we look forward to creating new memories with you as we shift our focus to Battlefield experiences now and in the future. As the post progresses, EA details what these games mean to them, and how some of these features are used in modern games.

An earlier version of the announcement also said Mirror’s Edge would be removed from its digital storefront, but EA later clarified that to be false.

These are only the latest EA games that are being shut down. In February, the company announced that his Apex Legends Mobile will be discontinued on his May 1, 2023, and Battlefield Mobile will be discontinued at a later date.

All of these games are at least 10 years old and were released during the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 4 era. Battlefield: Bad Company 1 was released in 2008, Battlefield 1943 in 2009, and Bad Company 2 in 2010.
