Blizzard Lead Reveals Global Release Times for Diablo IV

Blizzard Entertainment president Mike Ybarra has revealed when Diablo 4 will be released worldwide, confirming that those who pre-ordered the Deluxe and Ultimate editions will be able to play first on June 1, 2023.

thorns took me twitter He has amended his earlier tweet discussing when Diablo 4 will be released worldwide, sharing exactly when fans can dive into the highly-anticipated game, which has just exited its highly-received beta.

“Oops, I was wrong! Deluxe and Ultimate pre-order early access begins Thursday, June 1st at 4:00pm in the US, midnight on June 2nd in Europe, and June 2nd at 8:00am in Asia. The normal launch is June 5th at 4pm, Europe June 6th at 12am, and June 6th at 8am Asia,” Ybarra wrote.

In a follow-up tweet, he confirmed that US time is Pacific time, so that translates to 7pm Eastern time.

As for his impressions of the Diablo 4 beta, he said, “So far, it’s been very impressive.”

IGN’s Travis Northup said, “We’re more confident than ever that this hellish action-RPG is on track to deliver something truly special.” I love the joy of spontaneous alliances, and the amazingly engaging combat that’s made even better with the introduction of new classes.”

Blizzard also shared a bit of information about the beta, including how many times players died and which classes were played the most.
