Destiny Developer Bungie Wins $4.3 Million Anti-Cheating Lawsuit

The anti-cheat legal battle has been going on for nearly two years. Bungie said he first filed a lawsuit against AimJunkies in April 2021, saying AimJunkies violated copyright laws by creating cheats.

The lawsuit was originally dismissed in May 2021 when a U.S. District Court judge said there was insufficient evidence to prove copyright infringement. Bungie filed a new complaint just weeks later.
