Dragon Ball is the latest anime franchise to arrive in Fortnite, less than a week later and Epic Games has confirmed an August 16th release date.
In a relatively obscure tweet aimed at those unfamiliar with Dragon Ball, the Fortnite Twitter account posted (below) an image of a golden dragon with the tagline “Speak. Name your wish.” did.
The dragon is actually Shenron, a magical being in the Dragon Ball series who grants the wishes of anyone who collects all seven Dragon Balls. It’s pretty safe to assume it’ll show up at Night.

With Fortnite’s long list of mashups with other media franchises, there seems to be little rhyme or reason behind the size of the DLC, so it’s unclear which skins and items will make it into the game.
