IGN recently conducted an initial investigation. deck of many things, a collection of two Dungeons & Dragons books and card packs focused on All-Power artifacts that have appeared in various D&D books and video games over the years. Here’s what we know so far:

The decks themselves consist of fully illustrated cards that do not contain any descriptions and are simply meant to represent the cards that appear within the D&D universe. His 22 cards from the original deck return along with his 44 new options.

This accompanying 192-page book “explains the mysteries of the deck and provides everything players and Dungeon Masters need to use it in-game.” Includes adventure locations, new monsters, character options, magic items, and organizations inspired by iconic decks.
Card reference guide
This 80-page guidebook shows you how to use the cards as a traditional Oracle deck or create a card-inspired D&D adventure. One such mode allows the deck to be used to randomly generate adventures by lining up the cards and “reading” them in the same style as fortune telling.
