F1 23 Launches In June With Upgraded Handling and Story Mode

EA has announced that EA Sports F1 23 will be released later this year on June 16th.

Coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, the latest game in the F1 series features the return of the Braking Point single-player story mode along with more gameplay and quality of life improvements.

This latest chapter in the Breaking Point Story Mode follows the careers of hero Devon Butler and teammate Aiden Jackson as they strive to compete against real-world racing legends as part of the Connor Sports Racing Team.

“The return of Braking Point allows players to immerse themselves in the story of racing, offering a unique look at F1 and the authentic racing features players know and love.

According to EA, F1 23’s gameplay will be a significant improvement over previous titles in terms of physics and race handling as a direct result of feedback from real-world F1 teams.

“Our close relationship with the team has allowed us to refine the handling model, add more realism to pad play, and implement a new color encoding system used in film and television to create a more lifelike experience. We did,” explains Mather.
