I logged into his website at Gigabyte Thai and couldn’t find this giveaway, but it probably exists because the user shared it with his VideoCardz staff.

Nvidia’s standard GeForce RTX 4070 is expected to be based on an AD104 graphics processor with 5888 CUDA cores running at 1920 MHz to 2475 MHz and a 192-bit memory bus. If the board must use 16Gb (2GB) GDDR6X memory chips, the only possible configurations with a 192-bit memory interface are 12GB (using 6 ICs) and 24GB (using 12 ICs).
