Hogwarts Legacy Gameplay Showcase Announced for Tomorrow, November 11

Hogwarts Legacy will get a new gameplay showcase tomorrow, November 11th. This showcase will give Harry Potter fans “a small tour of Hogwarts Castle, an in-depth look at the character his Creator system, a first look at the UI, and combat.”

The news was announced by Hogwarts Legacy’s official Twitter account, confirming that the showcase will arrive on November 11th at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm GMT. If you live in Australia, this translates to He on November 12th at 5am (AEDT).

Showcase will be hosted by Hogwarts Legacy developer Avalanche Software’s Twitch Channel When Official Hogwarts Legacy YouTube page. Shows are hosted by community guest hosts XspectoGO.

Hogwarts Legacy releases on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC on February 10, 2023. A Nintendo Switch version is also in production, but the timing is undecided at this time.

Hogwarts Legacy last appeared at PlayStation State of Play in September, when it introduced console-exclusive quests including a shop near Hogsmeade.

Previous footage has featured Slytherin, dark magic, and zombies, showing a world where Harry Potter dreams can come true. One thing we can’t do, though, is play Quidditch. Fortunately, we can still fly on broomsticks.

Hogwarts Legacy remains a controversial game following repeated transphobic comments by Harry Potter author JK Rowling. Warner Bros. has confirmed that she is not involved in her Hogwarts legacy, but she still owns her IP and earns royalties from the game’s sales.
