Michael Saylor, MicroStrategy getting sued for tax fraud in Washington
Washington, D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine has revealed that the district is suing Michael Thaler and his company, MicroStrategy, for tax evasion.

Saylor has lived in the district for over 10 years and has never paid income tax, Racine said in a statement. He went on to say that the school district is suing MicroStrategy for conspiring to help him evade taxes.
This lawsuit is the first lawsuit under the newly amended False Claims Act.
Racine said:

MicroStrategy holds the largest amount of Bitcoin (BTC) among publicly traded companies. Thaler is also known as a vocal supporter of the industry.
