The Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak expansion will release for PlayStation 5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One on April 28, Capcom announced today.
During the Capcom Spotlight stream, Capcom confirmed that another digital event focused on post-launch content will take place in April.
Monster Hunter Rise was first released exclusively for Nintendo Switch in 2021 before coming to Steam in June 2022. Last year, the Sunbreak expansion released on both Switch and PC, and the standard version of Monster Hunter: Rise made its way to PlayStation and Xbox home consoles (in addition to Xbox Game Pass) last January.
