Nvidia Reportedly Prepping RTX 4060 with 16GB of VRAM

Nvidia is reportedly preparing yet another GeForce RTX 4060 model, a non-Ti RTX 4060 model with 16 GB of memory.New GeForce RTX 4060 variant reportedly features slightly higher power rating than variant with 8GB memory video card.
Earlier this week, it was revealed (albeit from an unofficial source) that Nvidia was preparing three GeForce RTX 4060 models: the GeForce RTX 4060 8GB, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, and the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB. I was. However, if the information is accurate, it looks like we’ll also see a fourth model, his GeForce RTX 4060 with 16GB of memory. All four potential SKUs of his are solid contenders to join the ranks of the best graphics cards.
Interestingly, VideoCardz claims that the GeForce RTX 4060 16GB will feature an AD106-351 graphics processor. On the other hand, the GeForce RTX 4060 8GB is expected to use his AD106-350, so it will be a slightly different version. The difference between the two is obscure, as both will likely feature 3072 of his CUDA cores and a 128-bit memory interface.
Another interesting feature of the GeForce RTX 4060 16GB pointed out by VideoCardz is the fact that the 16GB card has a TGP rating of 165W as opposed to 160W for the 8GB version.
It’s unclear why the GeForce RTX 4060 16GB has a higher TGP rating and features GPUs from different markets, but Nvidia reportedly has a GeForce RTX 4060 (non-Ti) model ready with 16GB of memory. The very fact that the .

What we don’t know yet is how Nvidia will position the GeForce RTX 4060 16GB version. While it’s reasonable to expect this model to rank higher than the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB (which is due to hit the market this month), how this SKU of his compares to the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB. I can only wonder.
With the two versions close in price, gamers will have to choose based on whether their favorite games require 16GB of memory or a more capable GPU with 4352 CUDA cores. Alternatively, you can opt for the more expensive GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB or his GeForce RTX 4070 with 12GB.
