Sony has revealed that its May 2023 PlayStation Plus games catalog lineup will include Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Watch Dogs: Legion, and Humanity.
revealed in playstation blog, a total of 23 games will join the service on May 16th. This means that PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members will be able to use the game at no additional charge.
Exclusive to PlayStation 5, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apartments will be the headline for May, bringing interdimensional adventures to even more players. What the 9/10 review called “a great show of the power of the PS5” is classic gaming fun filled with wild and wonderful characters, levels and weapons.
Watch Dogs Legion is also a new game, but with a much different feel than Ratchet and Clank, taking players to the dastardly streets of London to battle a corrupt corporation with clever hacking abilities and a few weapons.
The game received an 8/10 in IGN’s review, calling it an “interesting reward for its bold use of roguelike mechanics in an open-world action game.”
Coming to the games catalog on launch day is Humanity, a puzzle game in which players control a herd of humans while playing as a Shiba Inu. “It may look like Lemmings in 3D at first, but humanity already feels like so much more,” IGN said in a preview.
“Between the relaxed atmosphere, simple (yet effective) aesthetics, endless playability with user-created tools, and the perfect mix of ‘easy to complete, hard to get 100%’, humanity is all about is making an appropriate sound. “
