PlayStation Stars Loyalty Program Currently Offers Better Customer Service as a Reward

Sony’s PlayStation Stars loyalty program offers better customer support to users in higher reward tiers.

As reported by VGC, users using the service after its launch in Japan today, September 29, complained that those on the fourth tier of the service had improved customer support. Users can progress through stages by purchasing games from her PlayStation store and earning trophies. So those with more money can get better support from Sony.

“Contacting PlayStation Customer Support will be prioritized in chat order” appears in the rewards list, and to get there, the user first purchases 4 games from the PlayStation Store and earns 128 rare trophies. need to do it.

So those who do are able to talk to PlayStation customer support before those who spend less money, which upsets some users.

There is no guarantee that this PlayStation Stars reward will be offered in North America, Europe, and other versions of the service, but Sony has not indicated that anything will differ between regions.

Along with a series of virtual collectibles (certainly not NFTs), the rewards program will also provide players with things like PlayStation Store Wallet Funds and select PlayStation Store products.
