PSA: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Spoilers Have Begun to Leak

Believe it or not, we one week Away from The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom launch week! It’s definitely very exciting, but unfortunately leaks have started to appear online and we’re here to keep you safe.

Here at IGN, we don’t share these spoilers or links to them, but there are threads on Reddit such as r/GamingLeaksAndRumours that have started sharing screenshots, gameplay footage, and more. These appear to be from 4Chan, Discord, and elsewhere.

We’ve also confirmed that art, believed to be from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom artbook, has been leaked to some users who may have obtained a copy early on. was leaked, but more people may be getting their hands on it now or sharing images again.

In addition to staying away from specific Reddit pages and paying attention to article comments, etc., we recommend muting keywords on social media platforms such as The Legend of Zelda, Tears of the Kingdom, etc. , Link, Hyrule, Ganon, etc.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom releases on May 12, 2023, and we recently got our hands on the long-awaited sequel to 2017’s The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
