For the project demonstration, the team uses a Raspberry Pi, motion sensor, CM2D QR scanner, 12V relay and 8GB microSD card. However, you can fix the problem by changing a few components to suit your project needs. To save costs and add flexibility, there are plans to update the system to be compatible with another microcontroller, the ESP32.
The system includes a web app with a graphic interface that facilitates adjusting settings, generating QR codes, and acting as an administrator for gate access.
