Developer Arkane Studios announced during the Xbox Developer Direct today that the story-driven shooter, Redfall, will be released on May 2nd.
They also revealed some new gameplay footage, showing details of the player’s unique abilities and title setting for Redfall, Mass, which gave a glimpse into the lighthouse story mission. There is a co-op multiplayer mode where players play as four main characters: cryptozoologist and inventor Devinder Clawsley, telekinetics student Leila Ellison, combat engineer Remi de la Rosa, and supernatural sniper Jacob Boyer. to take over and ruin Redfall after a scientific experiment goes awry.
Redfall was originally surprise announced on June 13, 2021 at the Xbox and Bethesda E3 2021 showcases, before being pushed back to the first half of 2023 along with Starfield.
