Cyber Monday is a marketing term for the Monday after Thanksgiving when retailers roll out online sales. It’s basically an extension of Black Friday, and in fact, Black Friday 2022 was a pretty good deal. The Black Friday Nintendo Switch deal is back, offering free copies of Mario Kart 8 and Nintendo Online for three months, but we’ve also seen some exciting new deals like Sonic Frontiers price cuts. Frontier deals are now extended through Cyber Monday.

Our Sonic Frontier review rated it a ‘7’, which I think is perfectly reasonable. Still, despite its flaws, do I honestly love this game? I didn’t think I was going to enjoy it that much.I’m not Sonic Guy. But I decided to give Frontiers a chance. We’re not kidding when we say it’s on the shortlist for game of the year. Yeah, it has its issues, but I enjoy it a lot. I hope to get past that shortcoming.And the soundtrack is incredible. Seriously, why wasn’t this game nominated for Best Soundtrack at this year’s Keeley Awards?
