The Day Before Devs Announce Beta and Promise No More Delays

Fntastic has announced that the highly anticipated but controversial MMO The Day Before is in beta, promising no delay between now and November 10, 2023 launch. bottom.

Kentain, the admin of The Day Before’s official Discord, posted there, stating that the game will definitely hit a November release date “without any further delay.” They added that beta testing will take place “as we get closer to the release date,” but didn’t share a specific date or window.

“This gives players the opportunity to try out the game before it releases and provide valuable feedback that can be used to improve the final product. We will provide it, so please be sure to wait for the latest information.”

The Day Before was originally slated to launch in June of last year, but has suffered a first and second delay. The latter was claimed by Fntastic over a trademark dispute that resulted in the game’s Steam page being taken down, though the developer later admitted to IGN that they had already planned the delay.

Fntastic has since faced several other accusations, including copying elements from other games and that The Day Before was an outright fraud. However, the developer has denied both of these claims.

“We only believe in the final product. No matter what anyone says, we’ll see for ourselves on November 10th of this year,” it said. “I hope that after the game succeeds, it will give people the belief that if they work hard for their dreams in this life, they will come true, despite all the obstacles and doubts.”
