Ubisoft says The Division 2 is unlikely to see native PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions.
talk MP1stcreative director Yannick Banchereau explained why Ubisoft didn’t release a new version of the game on the current generation of consoles.
“There’s only one version of the game available for all platforms, so if you want to get the most out of them, that’s because maxing them out means the game won’t be available in older generations. Not really,” he said.
Banschreau continues: Now, whenever we add something, we try to make it work smoothly even on older generations. ”
