The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to Get a Special Livestream the Day Before Launch

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will get its official launch event livestream and Nintendo Treehouse: Live Whiz gameplay on May 11, the day before the game is finally released to the world.

Nintendo has announced news on its website that will make waiting for May 12 a little easier, and the livestream will be live.nintendo.com May 11 at 6:45 p.m. PT/9:45 p.m. ET. This time translates to 2:45 AM BST / 11:45 AM AEST on May 12th.

“Get ready for the live stream starting May 11th at 6:45 PM PST, starting with a live presentation featuring gameplay from Nintendo Treehouse: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,” said Nintendo. is writing “Following Nintendo Treehouse: Live, stay tuned for livestream content counting down to the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom!”

Believe it or not, we’re less than a week away from the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Unfortunately, that also means that spoilers have started leaking onto the internet.

On the bright side, games can now be digitally preloaded and ready for launch day. We recently got a hands-on preview of the latest entry in the beloved franchise, and there’s plenty of content to keep you busy until then.
