Big Time wins Game of the Year at 2022 Gam3 Awards

Big Time has won the prestigious Game of the Year title. Polkastarter Gaming GAM3 Awards 2022. Open Loot’s action-adventure game is an open-world RPG with unique blockchain game mechanics. Let’s take a look at the game from an episode of SlateCast earlier this year.

After narrowing down the candidates to 32 game Award completed from a pool of over 200 web3 games. Alongside industry judges, there were over 200,000 community votes across 16 categories.

  • Best Strategy Game: Freed from the Chains of the Gods
  • Best Card Game: Freed from the Chains of the Gods
  • Best Multiplayer Games: EV.IO
  • Best esports games: EV.IO
  • Best Content Creator: Brycent
  • People’s Choice Awards: league of kingdoms
  • Games Choice Awards: harvest

Each of these games will share prize money worth $1 million worth of services and grants from Immutable X. crypto slateBlockchain Game Alliance, Machinations, Ultra, and many others.

Following in The Game Awards’ footsteps, Polkastarter Gaming’s GAM3 Awards included more than an awards ceremony, unveiling exclusive footage of new web3 games. Blocklords gameplay has been seen in action for the first time, with updates and announcements for Mythic Protocol, Cards of Ethernity, Mummy.io, and Elarium.

Urvit Goel, Head of Global Games at Polygon Studios, said:

The Gam3 Awards will return in 2023 with a live event prospect, as announced by Omar Ghanem, Head of Gaming at Polkastarter in a recent live stream.
