Compass Mining denies allegations of $1.2M unpaid electricity bill, CEO, CFO resign

The compass pointed out that Dynamics had fulfilled all its obligations to Dynamics and said that Dynamics seemed to “misunderstand” the obligations defined in the contract.

The compass is trying to solve the problem personally with dynamics, but has already filed a lawsuit against the subcontractor, including a request for immediate relief to protect the customer and their interests.
