Computex 2023 Day 2 Wrap-Up: 8K Displays, Passively Cooling 600W and More
Our last in-person visit to Computex was in 2019. As such, kicking things off at Computex 2023 was a return to a fresh tone from the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. You can find coverage of his first day of the show here, but here’s more on his second day.

5K and 8K monitors, external RTX 4090 GPU and custom DDR5
Component makers are also stepping up, with dizzying displays from Asus and ASRock. The ASUS PG49WCD has a 49-inch 5K resolution (5120 x 1440) and a 144Hz refresh rate, while the 55-inch ASRock PG558KF boasts his 8K resolution.

Cases and cooling still attract a lot of attention at trade shows
Computex 2023 drew a lot of attention to the latest advancements in cooling and case technology. For example, the SilverStone IceMyst AiO features multiple fans interconnected via a central pillar. The fan can then swing out and be placed where you need it most.
