Corsair Launches 32-inch 4K 144 Hz Monitor With HDMI 2.1 for $999

Corsair launched its first game monitor, the Xeneon 32 QHD165, last year. Currently, the company has expanded its Xeneon lineup with two new models, the 32U HD144 and 32Q HD240. Conveniently, these model names indicate all the core specs and they could be added to the list of the best game monitors.

The Xeneon32UHD144 and Xeneon32QHD240 are 32-inch monitors with IPS quantum dot displays. Monitors with the DisplayHDR 600 badge show off features such as 100% sRGB, 100% Adobe RGB, and 98% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. The Xeneon32UHD144 has a maximum brightness of 600 knits. The Xeneon gaming monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium and is compatible with Nvidia G-Sync. The main difference is the panel specifications.

The Xeneon 32UHD144 offers 4K resolution (3840×2160) at a refresh rate of 144Hz, while the Xeneon 32QHD240 checks in at a resolution of 2560×1440 and a refresh rate of 240Hz. Both models show off an MPRT response time of 1 ms. The selection results in a higher pixel density or a higher refresh rate. The connection options are the same for the Xeneon 32 UHD144 and Xeneon 32Q HD240. It receives two USB-C, two HDMI 2.1 ports, and a DisplayPort 1.4 output. The integrated USB 3.1 hub supports charging while providing two additional USB Type-A ports and a 3.5mm audio output.

The Xeneon32UHD144 and Xeneon32QHD240 have a very thin bezel, which makes them ideal for multi-monitor setups. From an ergonomic point of view, it supports tilt adjustment between -5 degrees and 20 degrees. Height adjustment depends on the model. The Xeneon 32UHD144 can be up to 110mm, while the Xeneon 32QHD240 can be up to 68mm. The sturdy aluminum stand allows you to secure your monitor in place on your desk. It can also be attached to the monitor arm via a 100mm VESA mount.

The Xeneon 32UHD144 costs $ 999 with a stand and $ 899 without a stand. The Xeneon 32QHD240, on the other hand, sells for $ 699 and the standless variant for $ 649. It’s great that Corsair offers both options. If you plan to mount your monitor on the monitor arm and don’t use the stand, you can save up to $ 100.

Corsair supports the Xeneon32UHD144 and Xeneon32QHD240 with a 3-year warranty and a zero missing dot warranty. The latter means that if the Corsair has one or more bright pixels or six or more dark sub-pixels, replace the monitor during the warranty period.
