Dual Raspberry Pi RP2040s Power Split Ergonomic Keyboard

The Raspberry Pi Pico is a popular product for teachers and maker enthusiasts alike, and has great business potential. Today I’m going to show you a very nice split keyboard PCB that uses RP2040 processors in each half. It is marketed by Fingerpunch and is known as Nishimi Retail price is $79.

This PCB serves as a base for anyone wanting to build their own split keyboard. You can use MX or Choc V1 switches, support LEDs per key, and even have room for additional accessories. User can attach rotary encoders, thumb switches and even his 34mm trackball. Ximi also comes with a pre-soldered audio buzzer.

This purchase includes two separate PCBs, one for the left side and one for the right side. Each board has an RP2040 and 16MB of storage. Breakout pins can access 3 additional GPIO pins, SPI, I2C, LED support, and USB-C. This makes it easy to customize your keyboard with LED effects and any other feature you can imagine.
