Elon Musk likely to resign as Twitter poll votes 57.5% in favor of him stepping down, DOGE falls 3%

A Twitter poll posted by Elon Musk on Sunday night ended with 57.6% of voters in favor of Musk’s resignation. Waiting for the next announcement.

Candidates have already taken their hats off to replace him in the ring, but Musk claims he’s having trouble finding the right candidate willing to take on the role.

DogeCoin, a Musk-friendly cryptocurrency project, has fallen about 3% since the poll took place as hopes of the token playing a leading role in Twitter’s future faded.

While the overall crypto market has also fallen slightly, DOGE has also fallen about 3% against Bitcoin over the same period, indicating weakness outside of general market sentiment.
