This monitor is part of a series launched earlier this year.I wrote about new things first omen monitor Back in March, I haven’t had a chance to review this model yet. That said, we can compare it to the rest of the lineup to see how it stacks up spec-wise.
The HP Omen 27Q has a 27 inch IPS panel. It has a maximum QHD resolution of up to 2560 x 1440 pixels. According to HP, response times could be as low as 1ms GtG and refresh rates could reach up to 160Hz.
This gaming monitor covers 99% of the sRGB color gamut and 95% of DCI-P3 and is illuminated with 400 nits of brightness. Users have several input options available, including one DisplayPort 1.4 input and two HDMI 2.0 ports. A 3.5 mm audio jack can be used for external audio peripherals. It is backed by HP’s 3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty and Amazon’s 30-day return policy.
