SpaceX employees have written an open letter condemning the actions of Elon Musk, the company’s chief executive officer, following a recently published allegation of sexual misconduct against him.
“Eron’s actions in the public sphere are often distracting and confusing, especially in the last few weeks,” read a letter obtained by the New York Times. “As our CEO and most prominent spokesperson, Elon is considered the face of SpaceX. Every tweet sent by Elon is a de facto official statement by the company.”
The letter is in the midst of a $ 44 billion acquisition of Twitter by a millionaire. On Thursday, Mr. Musk spoke to a Twitter employee for the first time via a video call to explain his vision for the company after he closed the deal.
