Theta Labs (THETA) has successfully deployed Theta v3.4.0. upgrade Supports THETA (wTHETA) wrapped as a TNT20 token with a block height of 17285755.
This upgrade was key to the planned launch of Theta Metachain in December 2022. The new version allows wTHETA to be transferred to Metamask wallets and other smart contracts. It will also be possible to stake THETA and Theta Fuel (TFUEL) to Guardian and Elite Edge nodes via smart contracts.

The announcement also included detailed guidance on wrapping and unwrapping THETA. Token holders can wrap and unwrap using Theta Web Wallet.
To add wTHETA tokens to the Metamask wallet, users can use the token contact address as “0xaf537fb7e4c77c97403de94ce141b7edb9f7fcf0”, token symbol as “wTHETA” and token decimal number as 18.
Seeta’s partner
Theta Labs is a blockchain-based video distribution platform with a significant NFT community including names like Katy Perry and Sony. The protocol has been expanding its partner ecosystem since the beginning of the year.
The hit show American Idol will partner with Theta Labs in August 2021 to launch a real-time NFT representing each contestant at the time. In the same month, One Championship also signed a partnership agreement with Protocol to launch One’s first his NFT marketplace.
In June 2022, Resorts World Las Vegas will join Theta’s partner network to launch two NFT collections that offer a luxurious experience at the venue.
A month later, in August 2022, Samsung and Fuse Media partnered on the project. Samsung has agreed to launch Galaxy NFTs using Theta’s protocol.
Fuse Media also agreed to work with Theta to launch Theta mainchain.
