AMD has promised to release new drivers for its Radeon RX 6000 series and previous generation graphics processors in the coming weeks. The statement comes after the company has not released drivers for its previous GPUs for the past two months as it focused on its new Radeon RX 7000 series.
“We are working on a new AMD Radeon driver. [Radeon RX] Frank Azor, Chief Architect of Gaming Solutions and Marketing at AMD, said: in a twitter post“We are aiming to release within the next two weeks. AMD launched its Radeon RX 7900 XT and RX 7900 XTX graphics cards in mid-December, but had to fix bugs that inevitably came with the release of new hardware for existing games.
