Crypto analytics firm Messari raises $35 million in latest Series B round


Crypto research and analysis company Messari raises $35 million in new Series B funding to expand data offerings and tools.

Messari co-founder Ryan Serkis announced New funding in progress Mainnet 2022 Summit. This fund will be invested in the growth of the team and the development of newly launched products.

Messari recently announced two new products, the Protocol Metric app and the Data app. protocol metrics Built to help users analyze protocol health, growth and usage, and compare assets across networks.

Florent Moulin, product director at Messari, said the addition of protocol metrics and data apps will make the company “as strong as a data provider as it is a research and analytics provider.”

Mulan added:

Brevan Howard Digital led the Series B funding alongside new investors including Morgan Creek Digital, FTX Ventures and Samsung Next. Existing investors backing this round include Point72 Ventures, Kraken Ventures, Uncork Capital, Underscore VC, Galaxy, and Coinbase Ventures.

The latest round brought in $35 million, bringing Messari’s current valuation to $300 million.
