Capcom Showcase 2023 Confirmed, Streams Next Week

Capcom has announced that it will host a livestream next week for fans to watch and see what the studio has in store. Capcom Showcase 2023 begins Monday, June 12th at 3:00pm PDT (6:00pm EDT, 11:00pm BST, Tuesday, June 13th, 8:00am AEST). The program time is scheduled to be about 36 minutes.

There’s no clear indication of what Capcom will focus on during the show, but presumably that will include an HD Switch port of Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective (expected later this month) and Exoprimal (expected). will be seen more. next month). Also worth keeping in mind is Dragon’s Dogma II (which was recently officially announced as part of PlayStation’s May 2023 showcase). Capcom also recently announced that his mobile collaboration with Pokémon GO developer Niantic, “Monster Hunter Now,” will be released in September 2023.

While there were no brand new game announcements at last year’s Capcom Showcase, the 30-minute show featured many new details and DLC for previously announced games. The 2022 event saw a glimpse of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, Exoprimal, and a mountain of Resident Evil-related news. Capcom seems to be leaning towards making these showcases an annual event.
