Approximately a year after Relic Entertainment and Sega announced the Company of Heroes 3, the next entry in the beloved WWII real-time strategy series has finally reached its release date. Today, Relic Entertainment has announced that CoH3 will be released on November 17, 2022.
According to the press release, the game has four playable factions and two separate campaigns at launch. A more open-ended Italian dynamic campaign and a focused story-based North African operation.
These campaigns will also introduce new mechanics such as side armor, enemy vehicle recovery, and vehicle towing, which will allow you to reposition intense artillery such as the German Flak 36 and British 17-Pounder. “
The game will not be released until November, but Relic Entertainment is currently Community feedback program, This gives players the opportunity to test part of the North African Operation Campaign entitled Mission Alpha. From today to July 19th, Steam’s free mission follows “The Afrika Korps (DAK) is trying to repel the British from where they have settled.”
Last year, IGN previewed a pre-alpha version of the game. Recently, IGN has been able to participate in a hands-on preview of the Company of Heroes 3’s North African operations. There were quite a few differences between the different settings of the game.
