Dead by Daylight Spin-Offs Announced and Include a Story-Based Game from Until Dawn’s Supermassive

The world of Dead by Daylight is about to get bigger as Behavior Interactive announced two spin-off games, including Until Dawn’s Supermassive Games’ story-based game and MidWinter Entertainment’s multiplayer PvE game.

The news was announced during Dead by Daylight’s 7th anniversary stream, but details about what these games will actually look like are still a bit lacking. However, there is some information that will excite Dead by Daylight fans.

A new way to play Dead by Daylight

The Supermassive Games title is said to offer “an intense narrative experience filled with powerful life-or-death choices set against the backdrop of Dead by Daylight.” As for what kind of games fans can expect, we only have to look at Until Dawn, The Dark Pictures Anthology, and The Quarry.

The game currently has no title or release date, but Behavior Interactive confirmed that more details will be revealed later this year.

The second game, from MidWinter Entertainment, a studio part of the Behavior Interactive family, is intended to “challenge teams of up to four players and tackle themes of greed and lust for power.” I’m working on a multiplayer PvE game. It’s a strange new nook in the Realm of the Entity. ”

Again, no title or release date has been specified for this game.

These new games are just two of the many announcements shared during Dead by Daylight’s 7th anniversary stream. For all the other news, including Nicolas Cage himself joining his Dead by Daylight, check out our roundup.
