Diablo 4 Players Are Using an Overpowered Druid Build to Do Billions of Points of Damage in a Single Hit

As Diablo 4 nears the start of Season 1, players are grappling with the endgame, reaching the level cap, and completing some of the game’s toughest challenges. But for some, that just isn’t enough. For some, the ultimate challenge is that he inflicts billions of points of damage on his opponents in just five weeks from launch.

Last week, Diablo 4 streamer Moxsy hit the all-time high in-game damage of 957,957,504.

But it didn’t take long for Moxsy to break the billion barrier with a staggering 1.8 billion hits.

Since then, a Diablo 4 YouTuber named Echohack has posted screenshots showing 2.1 billion hits.

These astronomical damage figures exceed what the majority of Diablo 4 characters are capable of today, vaporizing the game’s most powerful elite foes in the blink of an eye. So what is going on here?

Moxsy uses a druid werewolf build called “LIGHTNING SHRED 2.0”. This allows the character to infinitely teleport to enemies to make them “vulnerable”. The importance of the Stormclaw aspect in this build is worth pointing out. This will deal additional lightning damage to the target and surrounding enemies on critical hits with the Shred skill. Stormclaw extends lightning damage beyond the “double dip” damage boundaries established by Diablo 4. Moxsy explains in detail what is happening. video.

With billions of hits making the headlines now, do you think Blizzard considers this kind of damage output to be expected in gameplay, or is it a radical change that limits nerfing and double dip damage? Is it considered broken in a necessary way? Meanwhile, Diablo 4 players enjoy his race to three billion.

Feeling burnt out in Diablo 4? Blizzard is offering players who have completed all their objectives to take a break from the game ahead of the start of Season 1, dubbed “Season of the Mulligant,” on July 20. I’m telling you.
