Dr. DisRespect’s New FPS Is a PvPvE ‘Extraction Shooter’

Banned Twitch streamer Guy “Dr. DisRespect” Beahm reveals details of his studio’s AAA FPS blockchain game, including name: Project Moon.

Today, his newly established studio, Midnight Society, has revealed the details of the next game.according to Studio website, The game is a “vertical extraction shooter” with PvPvE gameplay. “Our high-level gameplay goals are the size and range of battle royale players, and the essence of arena shooting game-level design, using gameplay mechanics between sessions of extraction-based shooters. It’s about catching, “reads the website.

As development progresses, a small glimpse of the game will be released through snapshots. The snapshot is described on the site as a “playable experience focused on a specific milestone” that is only available to access pass owners. Through these snapshots, players can test different aspects of development, but they have to pay to do so. Earlier this year, 10,000 of these access passes were already sold to some individuals via the “Founders Pass” NFT for $ 50 each. Other access passes will be sold at a later date.

The first snapshot, Player Hideout, shows the game’s environment and weapons through various shooting ranges.

Previously, Beahm founded the studio in 2021 with former Halo and Call of Duty developers, but little was known about the ongoing games to this day.

The biggest game of 2022

Beahm initially gained fame as a Twitch streamer, but for unknown reasons it was permanently banned in 2020. After revealing his plans to sue Twitch, his legal dispute has been resolved, but he has no plans to return to the streaming platform soon.
