First Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 Season 3 Details Revealed
Activision has teased out some of what’s to come for Season 3 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0.
Released as part of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone updates patch notes, Call of Duty has confirmed that Season 3 is on the way. We also learned a few details about the upcoming season, including Gunfight returning to multiplayer with new maps each season, Plunder returning to Warzone, and Warzone confirming his rank.
Gunfight was introduced to Call of Duty in the 2019 Modern Warfare reboot. This is his 2v2 mode where the player has only 40 seconds to defeat the enemy team. When time runs out, Overtime his flag is displayed for his 10 seconds and each team has a chance to capture it and win the round.
In Warzone’s Loot, teams work to be the first to collect $2 million. The mode initially supported up to 102 players in one game, with each team able to collect as much money as he could in 30 minutes.
This is the first time Ranked Mode is coming to Warzone. No details have been shared about how the mode will work, so we’ll have to wait for more details as Season 3 approaches.
