First Three Yakuza Games About to Disappear From PlayStation Plus Games Catalogue

Sony has revealed that the latest console versions of the first three Yakuza games, Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and Yakuza Kiwami 2, will soon be leaving the PlayStation Plus games catalog.

according to reports push squarehas updated its Last Chance to Play section for PlayStation 5, revealing 10 new games ending service on August 15th. This includes Borderlands 3, Nidhogg, DCL – The Game, Grip, The Crew 2, 8-bit Armies, Carmageddon: Max Damage and 3 Dragons games.

The removal of these games doesn’t bode well for the rest of the Yakuza games in the PS Plus games catalog, but Sony is still confirming whether Yakuza 3 to Yakuza: Like a Dragon will also be removed. I have not.

The August end date marks one year since the first three games were added to the service, and the remaining entries will be added the following month. However, it’s worth noting that the latest addition, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, has been added alongside his three original games, but has yet to be removed next month.

IGN’s review gave Yakuza 0, the original Yakuza prequel, a rating of 8/10, Yakuza Kiwami a 7/10, and Kiwami 2 an 8/10. Got 10. The latest work, which also changed the series name from “Yakuza” to “Like a Dragon in the West”, received 7/10.
