Front Mission 1st: What is Remake?
Front Mission is a tactical RPG that first appeared in Japan in 1995 for the Super Famicom. The first version to reach the West was ported to the Nintendo DS in 2007. This new version for Nintendo Switch is the first big remake of the game, with much better graphics designed for the big screen with high pixel density and modern control schemes to improve the quality of life .
Front Mission takes place in 2090. Two warring states, the Oceanian Cooperative Union and the United Continental State, share borders on the island that is the epicenter of the conflict. Then it’s your turn. As a retired officer, you are tasked with finding out what happened to his missing fiancée. He is also in the military. In doing so, you’ll lead a team of giant war mechs called Wanzers to wreak havoc on your enemies if you plan your battles carefully.
