Gladiator Sequel Looking to Cast Barry Keoghan as a Real-Life Historical Figure

it was previously reported Scott announced that the script for the Gladiator sequel has been completed and will be released on November 22, 2024. Additionally, the following were announced: Paul Mescal was cast in the lead role in an upcoming movie. Mescal is best known for his work on the Hulu series his Normal People and starring in the critically acclaimed film Aftersun.
Not much is known about the Gladiator sequel plot, except that Mezcal will play Lucius, son of Lucilla and nephew of Commodus. The role of Commodus was played by Joaquin Phoenix. It has grossed over $460 million worldwide and won five Academy Awards.
Keoghan has been busy with work lately.it was report that he may reprise his role as the Joker from Batman Somewhere in the Arkham series.Besides, Keoghan is set to star in a movie that tells a story billy the kid.
