Yes, Gameboy is part of the basic NSO membership. This I just found out recently.

For $49.99 a year, you get access to games from Nintendo 64, SEGA Genesis, and most recently, Game Boy Advance. Of course, there are no Metroid games on the N64 or Genesis, but you can now play Metroid Fusion on the Game Boy Advance. Metroid Fusion is not only great, it was released in the same year as the original Metroid Prime.
