The game is a spin-off remake of the Yakuza series Samurai He, originally released in Japan in 2014. This remake marks the first time Like a Dragon: Ishin has officially made its way to the West. What is a Dragon: Restoration?
Like a Dragon: Ishin is a Yakuza spin-off remake, but set well before the events of the main story. (although let’s be honest, gangsters with guns still exist).
