MultiVersus Confirms No More Progress Resets Amid Big Open Beta Release

During the testing phase of Warner Bros.’s new platform fighter, MultiVersus, players had to reset their progress on a regular basis. However, in parallel with yesterday’s open beta release, the game will no longer be reset, allowing players to stay on track forever.

As pointed out by PC gamerWith the announcement of MultiVersus Discord serverNicky Grantham, Social and Community Director at Warner Bros. Pictures, explained how progress works in the future. “If you play during Early Access, all progress for all characters played between July 19th and July 25th will be saved (Yay!),” He says Grantham.

“Therefore, don’t worry if you can’t unlock all the characters you’ve played before. When you’re in free rotation, or if you unlock, you can keep progress and resume.” Grantham added.

In addition to this announcement, Grantham also described the game’s new character rotation system. This provides the player with a small roster of free characters that are exchanged every two weeks for her.

“The progress of the characters earned in these characters starting from Early Access during this period is saved, so when you return to rotation (or if you unlock with in-game gold), continue from where you left off. You can,’ said Grantham.
