Overwatch 2 Season 4: New Hero Lifeweaver Abilities Explained

Lifeweaver is the newest hero coming to Overwatch with Season 4 releasing on April 11th. As his name suggests, Lifeweaver is the latest support hero. Finally, one more support. Here’s everything you need to know about Lifeweaver’s kit before Overwatch Season 4 kicks off.

Lifeweaver is definitely a utility based healer. He’s not the strongest healer on the roster. Especially since his large healing burst takes seconds to charge up.

weapons:

Healing Blossom: Hold to charge a 65 healing burst, or fire individual bursts for minimal healing if you need quicker healing.

Thorn Volley: Switches to an alternate projectile that fires SMGs like projectile spread. Long-range shooting is not suitable for this, due to the large bloom.

ability:

Petal platform: A platform thrown to the ground that lifts anyone when stepped on

Rejuvenation Dash: Dash forward to slightly increase health

Life grip: Pulls allies horizontally and vertically in your direction, giving them a slight bubble when pulled

passive:

Farewell gift: When you die, drop a health boost that heals the first enemy or ally who picks it up

support: recovery over time

ultimate:

Tree of Life: Summons a spirit tree that instantly heals allies with a pulse and continues to do so until it runs out

There are numerous useful ability synergies between Lifeweaver and his other teammates. It will be interesting to see how Lifeweaver plays out, especially in Ranked. We’ll keep you updated on Overwatch 2 Season 4 news as it rolls out.
