“A removal request was issued via Steam for a trademark infringement proposed in a recent nightclub map shared as part of the latest Steam update,” wrote VOID Interactive. “We take IP concerns very seriously and have sincerely decided to remove the material and references to it from Ready Or Not and social media and other publications.

“When the changes are complete, Ready or Not will return to the Steam store. We have also removed the AI update videos from the YouTube channel and the Steam store page. These are expected to be restored once the editing process is complete.”

VOID hasn’t addressed the controversy over publishing the map on the anniversary of the Pulse Nightclub shootings, but Twitter fans said the deletion wasn’t particularly relevant, and the name was: It says that it is because it is British nightclub chain.
