Sea of Stars Has Been Delayed to 2023

Sabotage Studio has announced that it will postpone Sea of Stars from its original 2022 release period to sometime in 2023.

“As we are approaching a very big milestone, the road to launch becomes clearer and we find a large text and logo at the bottom here,” Sabotage said in a statement. I am. “We can confirm that the Sea of Tars will be released in 2023, keeping in mind two key priorities: the quality of life of the team and the quality of the finished game.”

“We understand that waiting is a big question and we would like to thank the community for their overwhelming support and positive atmosphere,” Sabotage continues. “In the meantime, we’re looking at options to get slices that everyone can play this year.”

Sea of Stars is the first part of The Messenger 2018, the pre-Sabotage game. However, Sea of Stars occupies a completely different genre in that it’s a turn-based RPG rather than a side-scrolling action like Messenger.

The Sea of Stars was first announced in 2020 and was given a 2022 release period on Nintendo Direct last December. However, players will have to wait a little longer for it to come out.

The game has been confirmed to launch on Nintendo Switch and PC. The Sea of Stars official Twitter account also includes “and TBD” in their biography, indicating that the game may be announced later on other platforms.
