Sony Has Completed Its $3.7 Billion Deal to Acquire Bungie and Welcome It Into the PlayStation Family

Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially completed a $ 3.7 billion deal to acquire Bungie (the studio behind Destiny and all Halo games up to Halo: Reach) and welcomed the PlayStation family.
