Spider-Man 2 Trailer Includes Plenty of Villains But None More Niche Than This
Insomniac Games’ San Diego Comic-Con 2023 trailer for Spider-Man 2 featured a plethora of villains like Venom and Kraven the Hunter, but Marvel fans will likely find a very niche take on classic Spider-Man foes. I also found a mention.
Several users posted to Reddit to share deep cuts they found in the trailer. The exhibit hall features a Ferris wheel with the name Big Wheel on its side, after the cheesy Big Wheel vehicle driven by Spider-Man villain Jackson Wheel.
This corrupt businessman first appeared in 1978’s The Amazing Spider-Man #182, in which he ordered Tinkerer to create a giant armored monowheel to counter Rocket Racers. A prank ensued, and Spider-Man eventually saved Rocket Racer, but at the cost of the Big Wheel falling into the Hudson River.
An excited article is written that ‘Spider-Man 2’s big wheel is decided’ reddit director. One user responded, “We are not ready to accept the GOAT Spidey villain.”
somewhere else director, titled “The Cameo Everyone Has Seen in the Past,” another Reddit user couldn’t believe it. “I can’t believe they do this,” they said. “Now let’s hope we actually get a big wheel.”
However, Venom seems to take precedence over Big Wheel, and after the latest trailer almost confirmed that, fans have finally stopped arguing over who the villain’s true identity is.
Of course, official confirmation will probably only come when Spider-Man 2 launches on October 20th, but Insomniac has revealed more and more about the game after being virtually silent for a year after its release. there is
