The Last of Us Multiplayer Game Needs More Time Before It Is Shown, Naughty Dog Confirms
In addition to apologizing for not being ready to show off The Last of Us multiplayer game because the project needs a little more time, Naughty Dog is also working hard on a “brand-new single-player experience.” I admit that I am working on it.
Naughty Dog took twitter Many expected The Last of Us multiplayer game to appear in the latest PlayStation Showcase, so we’re sharing the update with fans. However, Naughty Dog acknowledged that the team realized the best thing for the game was to give it more time to open to the world.

“We know many of you were looking forward to learning more about our The Last of Us multiplayer game,” Naughty Dog wrote. “We are very proud of the work the studio has done so far, but as development continued, we realized that the best thing for the game was to give it more time.
“Our team will continue to work on this project as well as other games in development, including all-new single-player experiences, and we look forward to sharing more in the near future.” ”
“Thank you for the support of our amazing community. Thank you for your passion for our game. It keeps us going.”
While the note about an “all-new single-player experience” is obviously exciting, Naughty Dog has previously admitted that the studio has already chosen its next game, and that will be The Last of Us Part. I didn’t check to see if it was there. 3 or something else entirely.
However, The Last of Us fans might be happy to know that there is an outline for The Last of Us’ next chapter, but it hasn’t been made yet.
While we still don’t know much about The Last of Us multiplayer game, Naughty Dog released some concept art for the project earlier this year, stating, “This project is fresh from our studio. It’s shaping up to be a new experience in , but rooted in Naughty Dog’s passion for delivering great stories, characters and gameplay.”
Naughty Dog also said it plans to learn more about the game this year, but the post doesn’t mention any changes to that plan.
